Rogue River Blue is an annual single-release blue cheese made from the artisan cheese makers at Rogue Creamery in Oregon. This award-winning and awesome cheese is made with late-season milk produced after the Autumnal Equinox.
It is aged for 9-12 months and released every year at the Equinox. The Rogue Creamery cheese makers are praising this year's release. The rinds developed beautifully and the flavor is exceptional, exhibiting the fruit, spice, blackberry, vanilla, hazelnut, chocolate and bacon flavors for which this cheese is known.
Serve up this awesome cheese at your Thanksgiving feast. Pair it with grilled figs and honey drizzle on toasted baguette.
